How payment works
You pay by card through Stripe when you accept an offer.
For customers
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you accept, you pay the offer price plus Shando’s booking fee. The fee depends on the task price and is always shown before you pay (see Pricing).
Your payment is collected into Shando’s Stripe account and isn’t sent to the tasker until the work is completed and the review window has passed, or a dispute is resolved. This is not a trust or escrow account.
Shando never sees or stores your full card number. Receipts are available from each booking.
