Repeat bookings
When a customer books the same tasker again after a completed, paid job between them (with no refund, chargeback or open dispute), the booking fee is 50% lower, capped at $9.95, and the tasker commission is 12% instead of 15%. The repeat price is shown before booking.
Example: a $350 job
The customer pays $350.00 + $29.95 booking fee = $379.95. Tasker commission is $52.50 plus $0.00 applicable GST. The tasker receives $297.50. Shando fee revenue excluding GST is $82.45, before card processing and operating costs.
Customer booking fees include GST where applicable. Commission is calculated before GST, then any GST on that commission is added to the deduction. Taskers remain responsible for GST on their own service.
