Confirming the work is complete
Confirm, or raise a problem before payment is released.
For customers
When the tasker marks the job complete, you’ll be notified. Check the work, then confirm completion from the booking.
If you don’t respond within 72 hours, the booking completes automatically. After completion there is a 48-hour window before payment is released to the tasker.
If something isn’t right, use “Report a problem” on the booking before confirming. Payment stays on hold while Shando reviews it.
