Making, changing and withdrawing offers
Offer a total price; update or withdraw it while the task is open.
For taskers
Your offer is the total price the customer pays for the described work, including any materials you supply. Shando’s service fee of 15% is deducted from what you receive. Making offers is free.
You can update your offer’s price or message while it’s pending and the task is still open; the customer is notified. You can withdraw a pending offer at any time; the customer is told.
You can only offer on tasks in services you’ve chosen, and on in-person tasks within your service areas. Remote tasks are open to any approved tasker offering that service.
When a customer accepts, you’re notified straight away. The booking is confirmed when their payment succeeds.
