How Shando works

Post a task, compare offers, pay through Shando, confirm the work.

Customers describe a task in their own words, choose whether it happens in person or remotely, and set a budget. Posting is free.

Approved taskers who offer that kind of work, and who cover the area for in-person tasks, can send offers with their price and a message. Customers can ask questions in private messages before deciding.

When a customer accepts an offer, they pay by card through Stripe. The booking is confirmed only once Stripe confirms the payment. The tasker then sees the street address (for in-person tasks) and does the work.

When the tasker marks the work complete, the customer confirms it or raises a problem. Payment is released to the tasker after the review window, unless a dispute is open.
