When and how you get paid
After completion and a 48-hour window, through your connected Stripe account.
For taskers
When you finish, mark the job complete from the booking with a short note. The customer confirms, or it completes automatically after 72 hours.
Your payment becomes eligible for release 48 hours after completion, unless a dispute is open. Your first 2 paid jobs and bookings of $1,500.00 or more are checked by Shando before release.
Shando sends the money (minus the 15% service fee) to your Stripe account, and Stripe pays it into your bank account on your payout schedule.
If a customer cancels or a dispute is resolved with a refund, your payout is adjusted to match.
